I have the IEEE C95.1-7 standards and I have found the ICNIRP standard. Where can I find the Switzerland standard which is much more stringent than USA FCC standards, and where can I get a a online or download official Salzberg outside home and inside home standard?

Hi Gil

This information is in one of our subscriber articles (Mobile Phone masts and Wireless Computing). As it's on page 60 of the 122 page article, I can see why it would take a bit of digging.

Here's the info you wanted:

City of Salzburg, Austria (1998, but don't think it's changed)
Frequencies: 900 & 1800
0.6 V/m (0.001 w/m2)

GSM/3G outside houses, 2002
Frequencies: 900 & 1800
0.06 V/m (0.00001 w/m2)

GSM/3G inside houses, 2002
all mobile freqs
0.02 V/m (0.000001 w/m2)

Hello Sarahp,

My apologies but I am fairly new to this forum and these websites (powerwatch and emfields). When I go to the publications page and hit all available links there doesn't seem to be a way to currently download this document. Perhaps it is a temporary glitch on the website. Can you please investigate, and if you have an old copy or just the references to the official per country documents, I need the per country documents for the research I am doing. If you have a copy of the document, just sending me the actual per country document references is all that I need. Please send them to gil_stevens_grs@yahoo.com

Thx...
...Gil

Hi Gil

It's on the Powerwatch site (this one). Go to the "Subscriber area" link on the left, and it's actually the very first article. Click on the "download" link and your copy should download fine (you will need Acrobat Reader installed, which is a free download from many sites).

I don't have any other documents, and despite searching on Google, couldn't find any links quickly.

Sarah

The Swiss documentation and literature is available from:
www.bafu.admin.ch/elektrosmog/index.html?lang=de

The best place to start for Salberg is: (make sure you get whole link!)
www.salzburg.gv.at/themen/gs/gesundheit/umweltmedizin/elektrosmog/celltower_e.htm
