Which countris accept EM sensitivity as a sickness

I would likw to know which countris that accept EM sensitivity as a sickness or as a handicap.

Further I would like to know the prosentage of the population in the different counteries (or areas) that are affected by EM rays.

Hopefully with a referance to the source of information for both of the questions.
