MW1 and ELF meter

I would like to take my MW1 Electrosmog detector and ELF meter with me when I travel, and this will involve a plane journey. I have spoken to the airport, and whatever I do with the meters (put them in hold baggage, hand luggage, or even if I carry them and show them to airport security), they will have to go through the X-ray machine. Will this damage them in any way?

Thank you.

Hi jo

The instruments, being metal, obviously will show up on the X-ray machine so it may be worth having them in your hand luggage so you can explain what they are.

It will NOT damage the instruments to go through the X-ray machines.

Best wishes
Sarah

It's a difficult one - I suspect that it would be easier to get them through in your main luggage as they we want assurances that you won't use them in the plane. I don't think you main luggage is likely to get held up as long as they can see their outine clearly - i.e. don't wrap them up together or wrap them in metal foil.
