I believe that there may have been some research done into the connection of 'colony collapse' in bees and radiation from mobile phone masts etc. - with the bees losing the ability to find their way back to their hives. Possibly also suffering the effects in their hives from exposure to the radiation too. Could you please point me to any relevant studies that you are aware of?

Thanks,

Donald

I did come across this one in passing - http://www.springerlink.com/content/v6406173767q7445/
- and there are some further references on the page.

And this download has many references - http://www.scribd.com/doc/15626453/Bees-Birds-Mankind-Destroying-Nature-by-Electrosmog-Ulrich-Warnke?secret_password=&autodown=pdf

I suspect this is a really important problem. The latest work plans to use RFID tags on bees so it it is a problem a side effect should be to show the researchers than RF is a big problem that they cyurrently do not believe is a possibility.

Virtually no decent studies on this.
