A caravan with shielding window curtains would be excellent PROVIDED it is an aluminiun covered caravan. Some modern ones use various plastic materials instead of aluminium for the outer skin and they would be useless. I have no idea which makes and models use plastic and which use aluminium covered plywood. You would need to investigate this carefully, but an older aluminium one should provide excellent shielding for you.
